We have been enjoying this past week at our grandparents'
cottage in Upstate New York!
All ready to leave!

Someone was a little chilly :)
Breakfast is my specialty

Cousin Paul and his buddy Caleb
Our cousin Paul is an excellent woodworker - he and Caleb like to work
on projects while we are at the Lake.
This year, Paul taught Caleb how to do some basic wood turning.

Ten kids chucking rocks in the lake - rollover!
Every year, we go out to breakfast at a little marina cafe nearby.

The boys had a nice relaxing time shooting nearly every day
Believe it or not, we brought this target all the way from MI in our little trailer!
Just before we left on vacation, Melody got her learner's permit!

We always put on a little concert for our friends and family at the Lake.
We squeezed 45 people in to listen!
Conversation and cookies - a classic combination
More coming up in the next post about the many water activities! Stay tuned!
