Snow Ice Cream

During the snow storm, the girls whipped up some snow ice cream!
(The snow is melting, so I don't even know why we are doing this post today!)

The recipe (thanks to the Duggars!):
Snow Ice Cream

1-1/2 to 2 cups sugar, to taste
1 teaspoon imitation vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla
1 quart heavy whipping cream or half-and-half
6 quarts clean, fresh, organic snow (fluffy, not packed)

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla, and whipping cream.
2. Add snow, 2 cups at a time.
3. Stir until mixture is ice cream consistency.
4. Put in freezer (optional)

Thank you Mary, Julia, and Rebecca
